The cultural center is located in Riga and unites all the Tatars and Bashkirs of Latvia.

The center carries out educational and recreational activities. The association actively cooperates with the Republic of Tatarstan and invites Tatar actors, poets, and singers to its celebrations.

The community runs the “Chishme” ensemble, which is popular among the residents of Latvia. The ensemble’s young members take part in the annual children’s olympiad of folk art.

The association holds cultural events, meetings, and themed evenings, and teaches the Tatar language to everyone who wishes to learn.
